Simple Act of Kindness

A customer came in our business tired and worn out - very unusual as he is usually very cheerful. A member of our staff created an act of kindness. Then, I witnessed the transformation it created. The act itself seemed insignificant. The significance is the positive power and contagious joy it held. One positive act can cancel thousands of negative ones. One person + One act = MAJOR CHANGE.
